Homemade Coconut Flax Granola

2 cups GF oats
1 cup flax meal
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
¼ + ½ tbsp honey/ agave

1.     Preheat oven to 180
2.     In a large mixing bowl whisk together dry ingredients. Add in honey, be patient and mix until dry ingredient in evenly coated with honey (at first it may seem too dry, keep mixing, eventually it will work)
3.     Evenly spread granola mixture onto baking tray, bake for 35-45 minutes. Give the mixture a stir every 15 minutes to prevent the granola from getting burnt.
